What we do
BODY COMPOSITION TESTING
What is Body Composition Testing
We use an InBody570 Scale.
This super quick and highly sensitive measurement will give a detailed reading of your body composition. You will receive a report that details your total weight in muscle, fat, and water.
Body composition testing can tell you:
- If you’ve gained or lost muscle.
- If you’ve gained or lost body fat.
- If your body fat percentage has changed.
- If your Body Mass Index (BMI) has changed, and why.
- If your muscles are well hydrated.
- If you have a change in fluid retention.
- If abdominal (visceral) fat stores are low, normal, or high.
- If your visceral fat stores have changed.
