Meet Jackie
Jackie believes nutrition should feel approachable, not overwhelming. Her goal is to help clients cut through the confusion, build realistic habits, and create a healthier relationship with food that supports their overall health and well-being.
Inspired by personal experiences and a passion for helping others, Jackie enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds and health conditions to find practical nutrition strategies that fit their lives.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, traveling, and talking about new restaurants and recipes with just about anyone who will listen.
