Meet Jaden
Jaden is a Certified Nutrition Specialist who obtained his Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition. He takes a whole-person approach, working with clients to better understand their goals, health history, lifestyle, and preferences so they can build habits that feel sustainable long term.
Jaden’s interest in nutrition grew from his own passion for health, wellness, fitness, and helping others feel their best.
When he is not working with clients, Jaden enjoys weight lifting, watching sports, spending time outdoors, learning about health and nutrition, and trying new foods and recipes.
He is a big fan of soccer, basketball, and football, and he is also an animal lover who enjoys spending time at home with his two pit bulls and cats.

Jaden works with patients with a wide range of nutrition needs, including fitness, weight loss, celiac disease, digestive health and medically complex conditions such as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).
