Meet Alina
Alina’s philosophy is that health is more than just the absence of physical illness.
Health is a complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and we should treat our patients through this perspective. Eating delicious and healthful food, moving our bodies in ways that energize us and enjoying the company of people close to us are all essential to living a healthy life.
Alina is a mom to four energetic boys, enjoys yoga, hiking, and reading. Her favorite dessert is Napoleon.
Clinical Specialties
Alina’s clinical specialty is surgical weight loss (bariatric surgery).
Alina is currently seeing patients who need nutrition consults prior to bariatric surgery.
She is also seeing patients who have had surgery and are in need of further nutrition counseling regarding their intake, vitamins and minerals, as well as addressing post-operative complications.
Alina is licensed in Maryland and Washington state.
