Meet Christina
Christina believes that connecting with others and seeing them improve their own health through lifestyle changes is the best part about being a dietitian.
She is a military spouse and describes herself as a dog enthusiast, pianist, yoga instructor, and avid traveler.
Clinical Specialties
Christina is passionate about providing easy-to-understand nutrition education, especially related to blood sugar, weight management, and other chronic disease support.
She is certified as a Diabetes Educator by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists and has a special interest in blood sugar management.
She also works with clients who need help with Sports Nutrition and finess goals.
Christina works closely with Assisted Living Facilities, group homes and other facilities to approve and develop menus that are nutritious, enjoyable, practical and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Christina is licensed in Maryland.
