Keli Beres is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in the “Trifecta” of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
With multiple advanced degrees in Nutrition and Health Promotion, and as a doctoral candidate specializing in Clinical Nutrition, Keli brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to patients navigating the complexities of connective tissue disorders and dysautonomia.
Keli is currently accepting new patients who are seeking a high level of clinical expertise for complex symptom management. Her practice is centered on physiological optimization, utilizing evidence-based strategies to address the root causes of systemic instability.
By integrating her background in human performance and behavior change, she provides a roadmap for those who have struggled to find answers within the traditional healthcare model.
