NUTRITION COUNSELING
What is Nutrition Counseling?
We use telehealth to provide one-on-one nutrition counseling appointments.
During these visits, the provider and patient discuss goals, symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. Together, a nutrition plan is developed.
Follow up visits are scheduled to provide education, monitor progress, and make changes as needed.
These visits are very personalized and we do not follow a specific program or protocol.
Nutrition counseling is also referred to as Medical Nutrition Therapy.

What to Expect
After you request an appointment from our admin team or through the patient portal, you will receive an appointment confirmation AND a link to the patient portal.
Please use this link to complete your new patient forms. If forms are not completed 48 hours prior to your appointment, we may have to cancel.
Most visits are about an hour long.
Follow up visits may be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed and agreed upon by the provide and the patient.
Fees
Most of our patients use their health insurance and have zero out of pocket expenses. Contact our office today to get more information.
Self pay services are also available.
Full Financial Policy will be shared when appointments are scheduled.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. The NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION / LATE RESCHEDULE Fee is $100.
